We are an artist-led Anglo-Swiss theatre company dedicated to creating new and original work for children and their families.
For us, children’s theatre needs to be accessible, entertaining, and above all a shared experience with audiences. And in order to reach as wide an audience as possible, when we create a new play we make sure that it will work in a village hall, just as well as in a theatre.
Our plays have toured all over the UK and Ireland and we have played at such venues as the Lowry, MAC, Arc Stockton, Horse and Bamboo, Lighthouse, Dukes Lancaster, Dundee Rep, Warwick Arts Centre, Jackson’s Lane, and the Half Moon. We have also toured with eleven Rural Touring schemes including Applause, Spot On, and Arts Reach.
Currently we have four plays in repertory: Oskar’s Amazing Adventure, Ugg ’n’ Ogg and the World's First Dogg, and Will Tell and the Big Bad Baron and our new play Franky, which premiered at Komedia in December.
Our base is at Komedia Brighton, where we work with the charity Komedia Kids to provide theatre shows and highly interactive drama classes and workshops within our local community and the surrounding areas.
